About this package

The Zendesk AI Digital Launch Package is a new service offering for customers who are new to Zendesk Advanced AI features and looking to self-serve to get up and running quickly and efficiently. The Zendesk ecosystem is already full of resources, but this Package provides you with a curated set of learning paths, including demo videos and bite-sized lessons, tailored specifically to guide you all that Zendesk AI has to offer to help you and your business.

You will also be able to register for consultant-led training sessions (classroom style events), where you'll go over demos, best practices, common use cases, and have the opportunity to get all of your questions answered.
